Return & Refund Policy
Your happiness when receiving your new addition to your home, office or business is so important to us. Please ask any questions you may have prior to ordering. Due to each piece being made to order, all sales are final. Refunds are only negotiated if item is damaged in shipping, we must be contacted immediately, pictures must be taken when received and a case opened with shipper when delivered.
If a return/exchange is negotiated for any reason other than damages, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, if a package is returned without us being contacted first and approved for return it will be denied. All packages are insured when shipped. It is buyers' responsibility to take pictures and notify shipping service and file a report of damage at time of delivery. I will require a copy of the report so I can contact the shipping service as well and then be happy to work with you in resolving the damage.
